AT&T Store

Jacqueline was amazing. She helped me with my recent purchase of a new phone and was so helpful from start to finish. And she gave me excellent advice when it came to switching phones. She suggested I stay with what works for me and I am most comfortable with. So smart and I am happy I listened to her. Thank you for the incredible service!!!

The AT&T store is great. The team has been helpful with my new phone purchase. But, the AT&T cellular service in Longmont is unavailable!! The customer service is aware of the lack of cellular services in this area. And for the most expensive cellular service provider. AT&T does not seam to do anything about it. Too bad. I understand AT&T has lost a large number of customers! Buy AT&T!!

Eric was the literal best. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful he was in making a difficult day better after my phone broke and there were logistical difficulties with the upgrade. I am very grateful for his patience and I hope that he and the higher ups recognize how outstanding he is. Thanks, Eric!!!

I went get a replacement for my iPhone 8 because of a broken back cover. They checked my account profile, and It turned out I had insurance on it I’ve forgotten. Anyway, my iPhone 8 will be replaced under insurance and I was also offered a half price off on an iPhone 13 which I couldn’t resist. I walked out of the store very happy!

I had a billing issue only to be told to call customer service. Isn't that what these stores are and should be! The lack of inventory and variety thereof was a disappointment. Why sell a phone that you haven't the ability to accessorize in house! 😡🤬
